Q: Why is TTT now offering kit subscriptions?

Our business is growing, and our kits can sell out quickly. Offering kit subscriptions is a way to give our continuing customers their first pick each month.
It's also a way to keep kit prices lower.

Q: How do I sign up for a subscription for TTT's monthly kits?

We currently only offer monthly subscriptions that will be billed monthly through PayPal. With PayPal, you can use any major credit card or your PayPal balance. You can choose the 3-month or 6-month plan option by clicking on the appropriate subscription box located on the Monthly Kits Page of our website.

Q: I just signed up for a subscription. What happens next?

Your subscription will begin with the current month's kit, unless it's sold out. If you would prefer to start with a different kit, then your subscription can begin with a previous kit that hasn't sold out, OR begin with the following month's kit.

Q: When do you ship the monthly kits?

Due to the increased number of monthly kits, it takes up to 10 days for us to get everything shipped out. Kits start shipping at the beginning of each month. We ship the kits in a different order each month so that the same customers are not always the first or last ones to receive their kits.

Q: How do you ship international packages?

Right now we ship international packages first class. This is the cheapest way to ship and does not include tracking or insurance. TTT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged boxes. Shipping takes 7-21 days to arrive. If you would like to pay extra and have your package sent Priority with insurance, that can be arranged and you will be charged for the extra cost.

Q: How do I select which kit I'd like to have shipped to me each month?

Since there are at least 2 kits offered each month, it is YOUR responsibility to email us each month after the sneak peeks are posted on the message board (they're posted on the 15 th of each month at 10 AM PST) to let us know which kit you'd like. (please send your email to: info@transparenttouches.com and put “Monthly Kit Selection” in the subject) If you do NOT submit a kit selection by the end of the month, TTT will select a kit for you.

***Please note that kit selections are on a first-come basis. There are a limited number of monthly kits, and each person's preferences will be filled in the order that they are received. We apologize if your first choice for the kit selection is no longer available when you make your selection. If this is the case, you can pick a different kit option or skip that month.

Q: Can I pick my own TTT transparencies to go with my selected monthly kit?

Yes!  We offer over 500 different transparency products that can be used with our monthly kits.  If you have a kit subscription and would like to switch out the TTT transparency products for different ones that are in the kit offered, just let us know which ones you'd like to substitute when you email us your kit selection.  Transparency substitutions must be the same size as the ones featured in the monthly kit.

Q: When are new kits posted?

We post the “Sneak Peek” kit preview for the next month's kit on TTT's Message Board on the 15 th of each month at 10 AM (PST). After the sneak peek is posted, then you will need email us with your next month's kit selection.

Q: What if I just want to purchase 1 monthly kit and not have a subscription?

If there are kits still available after customers with subscriptions have made their kit selections, those kits can be purchased after the 1 st of every month in the TTT store.

If you'd rather receive a PayPal invoice for your 1 month kit, just email us after the 1 st with your PayPal info.

Q: How much is shipping for 1 kit?

Shipping for 1 kit is $6.50 within the U.S.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please email us for a shipping quote for your residence outside the U.S.

Q: Can I receive more than 1 kit per month?

Absolutely! If you're a kit member, you can receive additional kits at the discounted rate of $29.25 per kit + 2.50 shipping. Since the kits weigh close to 2 lbs each, it is usually necessary to mail orders with more than one kit in a flat rate priority box. If we can mail your kits for less, you will not be charged the extra $2.50. We try our best to stick with ACTUAL shipping charges for each order.

Q: Can I order more transparencies or other scrapbook goodies and have them shipped with my monthly kit subscription?

Definitely! You can place an order through the TTT store and leave a note in the comment box telling us to ship your order with your kit subscription. When we see that note, we'll delete your shipping costs from the website order (or reduce them to $2, depending on the weight of your order) BEFORE your order is processed and your credit card is charged.

Q: Will I receive customer points for purchases with my kit subscription?

Since each kit subscription is already offered at a discounted rate, and since they are billed through PayPal and not the website store…customer points cannot be given for subscription kits.

All purchases made through the TTT website store (including 1 month kit purchases) will be eligible for customer points.

Q: When will my PayPal account be billed for the next month's kit?

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll pay for your first kit at that time. After that, your PayPal account will be billed on the same day of the month that you purchased your subscription.

Q: Is it possible to skip kits?

It is TTT's goal to have HAPPY and satisfied customers! You may skip one month on a 3-month subscription and 2 months on a 6-month subscription. If you wish to skip a month, you MUST E-MAIL us ( info@transparenttouches.com ) BEFORE the 25 th of the previous month that you want to skip. Simply not emailing us with your kit selection will NOT STOP your subscription for that month. You must let us know so we will not make a selection for you and mail it out. For each month skipped, your subscription will be extended by one month.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Since you are able to preview the kits online before making your kit selections, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on the monthly kits-- unless there was an error on our part.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription before it's completed?

If you are on a subscription plan and you want to cancel before you've purchased all of your kits, please email us, this will be addressed case by case. Early canceling of subscriptions will be charged the price difference between the cost of your subscription plan and the one month kit price.

Q: Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?

The TTT monthly Newsletters are packed with photos, layouts, tips and techniques using both monthly kits featured. The layouts and projects created by our talented Design Team are not only in the newsletter, but also in the TTT Gallery AND the User Gallery. The TTT Message Board is also a great resource for other scrapping ideas and information, weekly scrapping challenges, contests and more!
